I had an appoitment at 16h for a personal training that lasted an hour. A member of the staff will introduce to the new member the different materials and exercices to do. I did some stretching exercices so I'm hearing my muscles moaning :-) . Once at home, I had a delicious plate of pizza for dinner without any remorse.

A young boy who is addicted to yorkshire puddings and can't anything else. His parents, worried by him try to convince him to change behaviour.

New words:
nag: v. lacking a strong taste or character or lacking in interest or energy.
bland: adj. lacking a strong taste or character or lacking in interest or energy.
slop: n. food that is more liquid than it should be and is therefore unpleasant.
slimy: adj. covered in a sticky liquid substance which is unpleasant to touch, such as the liquid produced by fish and snails and the greenish brown substance found near water.
clumsy: adj. awkward (difficult) in movement or manner.
mush: n. INFORMAL any unpleasant thick soft substance, such as food that has been cooked for too long.
willing: adj. be willing (to do sth) to be happy to do something if it is needed
